What about the rights of the general public?
a. For people who do not believe in same-sex marriage, their
objection may become "hate speech". They can even be
prosecuted under "hate crime laws" for not agreeing with
same-sex marriage.
b. Parents who do not believe in same-sex marriage are now
becoming "bigots" and "hate mongers" because schools are teaching their children to accept same sex marriage. In Lexington, MA, a father was arrested because he protested to the
school which taught his 6 year old kindergarten son about homosexuality.
c. Students at school would be forced to accept same-sex marriage, 
against their own belief. Watch a video what happened in a school c. Children would be taught without the parents consent that gay
marriage is the same as traditional marriage. With a different
ideology being taught repeatedly, they may eventually hate their
parents for being traditional.
d. Churches would not be allowed to teach parts of the Bible,
because some verses would become "hate speech". In
Sweden Pastor Ake Green was sentenced to 30 days prison term
because he preached from the Bible about homosexuality.
